The BBC and KBS (Korean Broadcasting System) are apparently joining forces for the production of a K-Pop documentary.
Kim In Kyu, the president of KBS recently had a meeting with current BBC director general Mark Thompson and soon-to-be director George Entwistle. The meeting resulted in the proposal for not only a co-produced documentary on K-Pop, but also a dedicated K-Pop concert.
Although this proposal is purely under discussion at the moment, it appears that the parties involved are taking the idea quite seriously.
