In 2005 J-Pop Go launched its own dedicated magazine as part of a trial. Each issue was a glossy print publication with a variety of articles and features.
Issue 1 included the Rough Guide To J-Pop, listing various J-Pop artists and groups. A special feature on J-Pop duo PUFFY, an interview with designer and illustrator Rodney Alan Greenblat (Puffy, Parappa The Rapper), interviews with POLYSICS, SHONEN KNIFE and MIKA BOMB. Plus news, reviews, polls and more. Featuring contributions from Daniel Robson, Emily Bastian and Mike Rumbles. 20 pages wrapped up in a Day-Glo colour cover.
