J-Pop Go goes magical for our forthcoming July 1st event! For one night only, it's Magical Girls vs. Magical Boys so you're encouraged to cosplay for the night drawing inspiration from whatever takes your fancy: Sailor Moon, Cardcaptor Sakura, Tokyo Mew Mew, Negima!, DNAngel, XXXHOLiC or the manga/anime of your choice!

We'll be giving away some top prizes courtesy of those kind folks at ADV, so expect to see DVD's of titles such as DNAngel up for grabs in our free Prize Draw Raffle on Saturday night!

Expect an evening of fine tunes from our resident DJs DJ Takeoff, DJ Voxie, DJ Highpriest and give a warm welcome to our new recruit DJ Chococat as they play a variety of anime/game themes and top J-Pop/J-Rock tunes throughout the night.

As ever, J-Pop Go encourages its regulars to dress up for the evening so if the cosplay bug bites you then when not come along and show off for the night? As a bonus we'll offer reduced entry on the door for those cosplayers that have really made an effort ^_^
