Japan Matsuri is an event celebrating Japanese culture, held annually in London which chiefly celebrates traditional Japanese culture.
The event boasts a wide range of stalls, activities and guests, including special musical stage performances hosted by Naomi Suzuki.

In the early 80s, Joji Hirota founded ‘Joji Hirota & London Taiko Drummers’ – Now a highly regarded and well established Japanese traditional and contemporary taiko drumming group.
They have performed at worldwide concerts and international festival including WOMAD, Bruges, Interparla, Sibiu Festivals as well as many others in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia.
With a broad profile of talents, including model, presenter, actress, producer, promoter and songwriter, Naomi Suzuki also sang the end theme for anime Iczelion, went on to work with talented musicians and producers including Brian Rollins (Kylie Minogue, Tina Turner, Cher), Gota Yashiki (Simply Red) and Andy Wright (David Bowie, Bon Jovi, Sinead O’Connor and Grammy Award-winning producer of Jeff Beck).
Naomi has dazzled audiences at the Japan Matsuri for many years with her J-Pop performances, but also changed gear for her work with AJ Unity – the musical duo she formed with fellow musician Philipp Moll.
